I am a Licensed Psychologist providing psychotherapy services in New York.

I received a Doctorate in School-Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) from Pace University. I completed a pre-doctoral externship in the Port Washington School District, providing psychological evaluations, individual counseling, and crisis support to elementary, middle, and high school students. I also completed a pre-doctoral externship at Sagamore Children’s Psychiatric Center- Inpatient Services, providing crisis management, individual therapy, group therapy, and psychological evaluation to adolescents with acute psychiatric disorders.

I completed a pre-doctoral internship at League Education and Day Treatment Center in Brooklyn, NY. I completed a primary rotation at League School, a nonprofit agency servicing at-risk and underserved children and adolescents ages 5-21 with psychiatric and developmental disabilities. There, I provided crisis intervention, individual therapy, and group therapy. I also completed a rotation at the Joan Fenichel Therapeutic Nursery, a therapeutic preschool for children ages 3-5 who have Individualized Education Plans for psychiatric diagnoses and/or developmental delays, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder. There, I conducted preschool special education evaluations and received training and supervision in Child-Centered Play Therapy.

I completed my post-doctoral residency at Queens Children’s Psychiatric Center- Inpatient Services, providing crisis intervention, case management, and individual and group therapy to children and adolescents ages 7-18. I also supervised doctoral-level interns and externs in the administration, interpretation, and theory of psychological assessment, with an emphasis on using personality assessment to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.

In the past, I have taught graduate-level courses in Child and Adolescent Assessment and Mental Health Consultation for NYU’s Department of Applied Psychology as an adjunct professor.

I maintain a private practice in Smithtown, NY and offer services in-person or via telehealth.
